Job Description
- Familiar with all government portals such Qiwa, Muqeem, TAMM, GOSI..etc
- Create HR polices and procedure
- Handle adding/deletion from/to medical coverage
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Ensure that all HR records and database are documented and filed
- Handle all employees ticketing including annual vacation, emergency, & business.
- Handle employees’ documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry , passport,
- Analyzing any incidents in a separate report in order to find the root cause of it & prepare the necessary action to prevent it from happening again
- Prepare and apply orientation program for all new hired employees
- Handling and analyzing voluntary and involuntary turnover causes in order to present valid information to the management
- Updating manpower data in order to facilitate right information to management
