Job Description
- Maintaining quality of operations based on Standard Operating Procedures
- Generate weekly reports regarding our workshop and relevant operations
- Tracking trip schedules and coordinating activities between multiple departments
- Maintain high standard of operations to ensure quality service is delivered to the customer
- Regularly communicate with the Quality Control Manager on the status of operations
- Inspect yachts regularly to ensure our hospitality and rooms are up to company standard
