Job Description
- Plan,developand directthe QS section and provide necessary cost management, financial input and control over all projects assigned to the section.
- Responsible for producing tender documentation, bills of quantities, cost estimates, budget and cashflow forecasts, contract administration and cost management.
- Responsible for the preparation of RFP’s, tender evaluations and coordinating with theDesign & Supervision teamin the preparation of supporting documentation for tenderers to submit complete and accurate bids.
- Develop contract procedures and documentation in accordance with BAC procedures to meet and exceed client expectations whilst working within a multi-disciplined team and maintaining customer relationships.
- Manage small/medium projects where the focus is primarilysupply or service oriented or with limited technical content.
