Job Description
- Attend to all customer enquiries, provide product and technical information and parts availability
- Visit and receive customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding sales
- Keep records of parts sales estimates and follow up of enquires
- Attend to all telephonic enquires to support external enquires
- Coordinate parts receipts, binning and stock updates and stores arrangements
- Handle promptly customer complaints as per company policies and practice
- Maintain complete data base and cash customer accounts management
- Attend the duty on time, well-groomed and in the appropriate approved uniform
- Document and report customers feedback to management, prepare and submit sales reports
