Job Description
- Craft and write communications materials, for internal employees and external audiences.
- Convey messages issued by the Group, to its audiences, such as employees, media, channel partners and the general public.
- Prepare / review presentations, media bytes, news feeds, talking points, company circular, website updates / posts, etc. and any other as required on behalf of the Group.
- Explore media, keeping abreast of news and events in the market.
- Appropriately respond to messages or feedback directed at the Group on open public forums.
- Manage communications around complex issues.
- Train key spokespersons and executives for speaking opportunities.
