Job Description
- Assist in the creation of new recipes/ specials.
- Ensure all mise en place and food orders are prepared in advance.
- Conduct inspections at the start of the duty and throughout the day to ensure instructions & directions related to HACCP & Food Safety Procedures are followed.
- Complete & submit requisitions on a monthly and ad hoc basis, as well as supervising the adequacy & ordering of supplies.
- Ensure quality standards of recipes and plate presentations are met on a constant basis to deliver high quality production.
