The consultant must be equipped with knowledge, expertise, and experience in the following functions that supports :
• The core capabilities of such a solution including but not limited to the following:
• Registration and health information management
• Clinical and nursing documentation
• Coding standards and reporting
Must have in depth knowledge and experience of designing, implementing and managing Electronic Medical Records Cerner et al.
