Job Description
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. exp. 10 years for Diploma & 5 years for graduate engineers in process operations.
- Must have a detailed knowledge of all equipment and procedures relating to unit operations, emergencies, shutdown and start up activities, ESD (emergency shutdown) system, maintenance and safety.
- Must have worked in the following specific processing units within modern refineries:
- Crude/Vacuum units, Hydrocracking/Hydrotreaters, Sulfur Plants Utilities Operators (Steam boilers, etc.) Hydrogen Plant (steam/reforming) Must have knowledge of DCS, PLC & ESD systems.
- Ability to pass company’s COBRA test as well as Simulator testing for assigned units. experience in the pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of process unit/systems in the downstream oil and gas facilities.
