Mechanical Engineer

Understand and follow the Annual Operating Plan (Refer Engine /Equipment operating hours)

• Ensure spares planning / availability of spares as per maintenance plan

• Perform consumables planning with optimized inventory levels

• Perform the Risk Assessment prior to start the work

• Regularly inspect the maintenance tools & ensure calibration

• Prepare maintenance plan with O&M Manager

• Discuss the Risk Assessment & Safety procedures with team.

• Distribute the job to each employee.

• Observe & ensure each employee using the PPE

• Review the work progress at the end of the day & ensure the progress is as per plan.

• Perform analysis, trouble shooting & maintenance work to solve complex O&M problems

• Read Technical bulletin & equipment catalogue to enhance the knowledge.

• Perform the Fire Mock Drill with team members.

• Arrange training on safety flash

• Ensure healthiness of firefighting and black start system
