- Partner and coordinate between different teams to identify and solve business challenges.
- Analyze customer reports and reviews to identify key areas of improvement to the overall customer experience.
- Build and own new initiatives and projects aiming at solving cross-departmental business challenges and bulletproofing its processes.
- Report updates regularly to each project’s stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools.
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in project management.
