Job Description
Job Requirements
- Education:A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, a master degree in related areas is a strong asset.
- Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position with international or national NGOs or an equivalent position in a government institution.
- Languages:Excellent oral and writing skills in English and Arabic
- Computer skills:Excellent computer skills - MS Office package
- Knowledge and skills:
- Soundknowledge in the field of MHPSS, Case Management, child protection and social care services, including the national and international legal framework, policies and best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively, present the program to donors and partners, write well and express technical issues in a sensitive manner
- Strong skills in program development, proposal and report writing
- Proven experience in training and coaching teams
