Head of Airside Operations

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be an inspiring and highly dynamic leader with the ability to operate in a complex and fast-paced environment. You will also have:
• Minimum 10 years of job-related experience within ground handling and airside operations at a large scale
• You will be solutions driven and customer oriented with the ability to effectively interact with cross functional partners, business leaders and various stakeholders
• You will have the drive and energy to support the growth of the ground handling organization and help push it to the next level, innovate, add value and positively impact the next phase of growth
• You will be an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and drive high-performing teams
• Expert knowledge of operational process, systems, procedures and training requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha
