Job Description
Specific Accountabilities include:
- Supporting the management of our owned offices and office leases and utility contracts across Europe.
- Working closely with the contracts and legal department resolving Commercial and Operational administration related cases.
- Responsible for identifying and documenting procurement best practices, and management of systems associated with procurement related activities.
- Improving workflow processes related to Head office and outstation, contracts, expenditures, office renovation and making recommendations to line manager in order to drive efficiency and streamlining of internal processes.
- Guiding the administration team in Europe to providing five star business support to outstation business leaders on all procurement and legal matters.
