Job Description
- Consulting project leadership
- Manage multiple and/or complex project or project work streams including managing day-to-day client engagement and leading client team
- Serve as subject matter expert for clients in client healthcare organizations
- Work with client staff to maintain the appropriate support and momentum
- Performs analysis of a variety of client's clinical operations, clinical program management, solution design and implementation
- Leads client interviews, observes performance and gathers relevant insights from varied data
- Oversees and/or develops deliverables with high attention to quality
- Provides eloquent and motivational feedback to client and internal team
- Leads the development of high-level workplans and drives workstream activities accordingly
- Documents project status according to milestones and budget highlighting risks and deviations with appropriate escalation
- Brings clinical subject matter expertise as part of a collaborative cross-solution project team
- Co-facilitates co-creation sessions with multistakeholder client group keeping positive momentum, achievement of session goals and documentation based on designated tools (as planned with Project Lead)
- Extensive experience utilizing analytical tools to identify and track trends in data advancing toward dealing with big data, balanced scorecards and population-based analyses
- Identify improvement opportunities based on interviews, observations and data analyses
- Evaluates potential solutions in terms of work effort and complexity and generates roadmaps
