Job Description
- CategoryManagementAnalystprovides insights and recommendations to optimize new product introductions, distribution, shelving, price and promotional mix by analyzing marketing and customer data.
- Analyzes and assessescategory/brand performance to develop enhanced marketing and sales plans and promotions.
- Support the Category Manager in developing category management strategies in companywide perspective.
- Analyze sales and profitability of assigned category through analysis of performance data.
- Plan promotional activities and sales events for assigned categories.
- Analyze business and market trends to recommend new strategies for increased sales.
- Review business activities and provide feedback to management.
- Develop all documentations related to category management and sales activities.
- Work with account manager and category manager to create promotional initiatives to improve business.
- Prepare customized reports and dashboards to management when needed.
- Provide guidance to operations team to meet revenue goals.
