Responsible for ensuring that all Fit & Fix stores under his command are properly stocked at all times
Provide employee operations manuals to store managers and assist in providing employee training when necessary
Accurately estimate the needs of each store location and work with store management to resolve disputes
Ensure scheduling needs are met and help improve employee performance and retention
Regular site visits to check staff performance and measure customer satisfaction
Create a periodic inventory analysis for each store and use this analysis along with sales figures to determine optimal inventory levels. This analysis is used to determine how much each product or brand should be ordered per store, and when it should be delivered, and ordering protocols encourage optimizing store inventory to build sales figures without increasing inventory
