Job Description
- Assist the tendering manager in the overall responsibility of the tendering and prequalification desk activities.
- Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.
- Prepares estimates of required resources and costs and works out construction methodologies and subcontracting needs.
- Ensure the Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice.
- Sufficient explanatory notes are included referring the location of supplementary information.
