Workshop Engineer

Job Description

• Maintain high levels of hygiene of workshop.
• Schedule and follow-up the equipment maintenance.
• Create carry over report daily with workshop sheet capacity.
• Control and monitor technicians during daily work with fair job distribution.
• Co-operate with technical support & warranty department in troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Ensure Fix-it-right at first time with deep analysis on “comeback jobs”.
• Prepare workshop material, cost and timing estimations.
• Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
• Inspect and conduct test driving for vehicles to check for faults if any.
• Co-operate with training department to prepare the training plan for workshop staff.1. Maintain high levels of hygiene of workshop.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications : B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 3- 5 years of experience
• Knowledge, skills & abilities :
• Leader ship skills. - Decision making and problem Diagnostic skills. - Time management skills.
