Job Description
- Maintain constant communication with management, customers, and suppliers to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Ensure efficient and safe movement of products across all stages of product process map.
- Maintain communication with production partners.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
- Oversee orders forecasting and planing.
- Oversee store audit reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow , business processes, and management reporting
