Provide Records Management functions that support the CJTF Command-wide Records Management function by supporting CJTF wide policy and oversight on total program compliance, providing technical, program, and analytical advice in the operations and management of the CJTF Records Management Program and its component care programs (e.g., Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Public Affairs (PA)).
Provide functions supporting development of objectives, plans, studies for overall Record Management activities and its components, identifies procedures and methodologies that improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the life cycle management (creations, retention, maintenance, processing, use, access, release, safeguarding, declassification, and final disposition) of CJTF records and documentation.
Support functions that involve designing and implementing automated CJTF recordkeeping systems, reviewing and analyzing methodologies, procedures, policies, and actual execution of one or more of the records management disciplines and associated technologies, conducting evaluations of methods, procedures, Federal and Departmental compliance, and suitability to Army functional requirements of CJTF systems.
Properly use Federal laws and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) policies and procedures relating to records management and subprograms such that ARCENT impact can be thoroughly assessed when changes are proposed thereto
Responsible for maintaining and operating an computer system and/or network (i.e. electronic records management system (ERM system)).
