Freight Operations Team Member (Customs Clearance) - Airport

Job Description

• Updated with Knowledge & Experience in Textile & General Cargo air freight Import Regulation, Required Document, Updated restrictions (In Egyptian Customs )
• Able to Prepare import customs clearance shipment’s documents to apply the customs procedures.
• Experience in Different HS code applied for the commodity Ready Garment
• Able to Calculate Textile duties and taxes to be paid by Client and Review same with Brokers
• Advising customers on import restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, and any other customs-related matters
• Outstanding customer service and communication with clients at all times
• Arrange for the Billing and updating customers contracts
• Follow-up with Trucking subcontractors to receive & Review Their Cost
• Daily report on all shipments and update shipment schedules.
• Follow-up on the release of shipments in Maximum 5 Days
• Receive customer complaints and resolve it.
• Implement the efficient Data Entry for The System
• Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superior upon achievements and performance.
• Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English Language
• Customs Clearance Experience is a MUST
• Freight Forwarding Experience
• Bachelor Degree holder - Transportation & Logistics Major Preferably.
• V. Good Communication Skills
