- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Responsible for the sales plan according to the company strategy.
- Setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance.
- Responsible for reviewing with the departments’ supervisors of the processing of the daily plan.
- Responsible for reviewing with the departments’ supervisors of the achievement of the daily plan.
- Managing the Assistant Sales Manager.
- Increase value and merchants target, Raising performance efficiency sales team.
- Responsible for the hiring plan.
- Investigating in any problem with merchants and sales team.
- Managing the POSs installation and withdrawal plan.
- Managing the sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Target oriented
- Attention to detail
- Management skills.
- Decision Maker
- Has experience in sales.
- Has experience in E-payment or FMCG or Telecommunication fields is preferred.
