• Lead the learning support team in matters related to curriculum, teaching and learning, and assessment
• Manage the daily operations of the department
• Liaise with the leadership team to ensure effective assessment, planning, and support to meet the needs of learners
• Track student progress and enhance student achievement
• Lead the department in support of annual school improvement
