Job Description
- Lead and manage the HUB program implementation, ensuring the program deliveries are in accordance with the agreed timeframes, goals and milestones which deliver high quality outcomes.
- To contribute to the strategic planning and direction of MA’AN HUB for Innovation and entrepreneurship.
- To contribute in formulating new projects concepts that support to achieve progress towards the HUB goals.
- To lead the HUB Team in carrying out MA’AN HUB’s mission and goals.
- To develop, with the HUB Team, the annual work plan and supervise its implementation.
- To develop and conduct performance appraisals of the HUB staff.
- To co-ordinate between the HUB projects to ensure maximum impact.
