Job Description
Role Objective
The Officer – SMS/Mobile Banking will provide necessary administrative / operational / analysis support to the Senior Officer – SMS/Mobile Banking in managing the Mobile banking products/SMS Banking services, from planning to execution in support of the functional / corporate strategies and objectives. The incumbent will assist in cross-functional efforts in development of valuing added products and services, delivering efficient customer service, establishing business partnerships and driving migration of customer base to the SMS/Mobile banking platform, in line with the regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
