Job Description
- Provide financial management support
- Accounting and problem resolution
- Project management
- Management of financial processes, policies and procedures
- Talent & performance Management of the team (including performance counselling and feedback)
- Sustain and grow profitability through winning business
- Office Supervision and overall audit management
- Risk Management
- Budgets
- Firm wide involvement to ensure maximizing human capital capacity
- Build and maintain extensive client interaction and relationships with the view to develop an ongoing client base in all sectors
- Responsible for management and control of administration in relation to client portfolio, including management of project budgets, costs billing and collections from clients
- Be an active member of the winning business team and develop an ongoing work funnel for the service lines, achieve the winning business, marketing targets set. Identify winning business opportunities at clients/potential clients.
- General management responsibilities as required.
