- Familiar with the tax regulations of the USA, including but not limited to value added tax, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.
- Familiar with tax compliance requirements and procedures of US companies.
- Review the monthly/quarterly/annual local tax returns prepared by external advisors, and coordinate with internal/external advisors to duly submit the tax returns and complete tax payments.
- Assist and advise on tax queries raised by finance, business and legal functions of the company.
- Research on and monitor the latest developments of US tax regulations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within US Tax compliance and will preferably have experience within Big 4.
