- Creating a flexible elementary grade program and class environment favorable to learning and personal growth.
- Motivating students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper grade education, in accordance with each student’s ability.
- Establishing good relationships with students, parents and staff members.
- Following New Generation Science Standards and align the syllabus to it.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English is must.
- Excellent at computer skills.
- 3 years of experience as a teacher in American diploma is preferred.
