Job Description
Main Role:shall coordinates with main projects stakeholders: being the client, consultant, landlord, site team and the head office to ensure project is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Shall monitor and control project cost, progress and quality.
Main Duties:
- Approves the Inspection Test Plan.
- Reviews the Design drawings prepared by the Engineering Department versus the Bill of Quantity of the project.
- Ensure MEP coordination is on track
- Recommends necessary action based on the Profit and Loss reports to Executive Management.
- Approves the quality inspection reports prepared by the quality controllers.
- Gives consultancy on the updates of the cash flow
- Recommends necessary actions based on the Non Conformance Reports, whenever applicable.
- Reviews the variation orders specifications and time impact.
- Approves updated time schedule.
- Recommends actions according to the cost allocation, resources and material usage.
- Reviewing subcontractors’ variations.
- Produces cost and / or progress reports as may be required by the management.
- Reviewing the close-out booklet.
- Provides the finance department with the projects’ cost sheets.
- Preparing lessons learned documents at the end of each project and whenever required.
- Responsible for managing correspondence and actions related to maintenance/snags as may be required by the client during the defects liability period.
