- Accountable for the transactions occurring in the store
- Matches the casings received to the attached booking order
- Writes customer details on the tyre as per booking order
- Release the casings to the production after review
- Arranges the rejected casings in the store as per customer
- Issues needed materials to the production upon the issuing form raised by the production supervisor
- Receives the finally produced tyres from the production supervisor as per the transform form
- Arranges the final product in the store as per customer
- Arranges tyres for delivery as per sales request based on FIFO basis.
- Record all issues & store transactions on the system (ERP)
- Keep track of filing and archiving in the stores
- Produce production reports based on the received, produced & delivered tyres
- Issue money from the safe as per cost accountant issue note
- Deputies the cost accountant for invoicing in his absence
