Job Description
- Provide inspired leadership forthe organization.
- Make important policy,planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop,implement and review operational policies andprocedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting whennecessary.
- Help promote a company culture thatencourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, andauditing.
- • Work with seniorstakeholders.
- • Ensure all legal and regulatorydocuments are filed and monitor compliance with laws andregulations.
- Work with the board of directorsto determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-termgoals.
- Identify and address problems andopportunities for the company.
- Build alliancesand partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the managementteam.
