Job Description
- Gather utility data, analyze consumption,and investigate variances for cause as they apply to theproperties
- Collection and evaluation of utilityconsumption data, including the accuracy of invoicing
- Prepare reports for the Facility Managers highlightingareas requiring attention
- Audit the facilitiesto identify cost effective energy saving opportunities
- Prepare detailed annual utilities budgets and monitorfor variances
