Job Description
- Support the Sr. M&E Director in the development of monitoring plans, baseline surveys, and other tools when needed.
- Strengthen monitoring and evaluation procedures and systems with support from the MEL Director.
- Ensure timely collection of M&E data.
- Train youth on community mapping, and support implementation of mapping assessments and focus groups discussions.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the field youth volunteers on the proper use of M&E tools and implementing mapping activities.
- Contribute to the program’s learning agenda including supporting staff and partner development through training
