Assistant Manager - Business Development & Partnership

Job Description

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship between internal and external stakeholders
• Plan, develop, and coordinate partnership agreements in accordance with company strategic objectives
• Develop and support new and current partnership engagements, including identifying and building relationships with prospective collaborative partners
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, project management certificate(s) is a plus
• 3-5 years of proven experience in successful delivery of projects
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
