Scrum Master

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Excellent skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (for example different retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team is plus
• Excellent mentoring skills
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with varied audiences
• Advanced ability to write and present effective project materials, including presentations and status reports
• Proactive character
• Exhibits confidence and extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve project impediments
• Structured mentality
• Strong ability to build, influence, lead and motivate teams towards end results
• Have experience in mobile development especially Android
• Preferred to role from technical background
• Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as the flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment

Education And Experience

• Computer Science & Software Engineering Degree
• Fluent in the English language is a MUST
• 3+ years of experience in Agile “Scrum” methodology
