Job Description
- Demonstrated experience working on gender equality in Jordan and/or the Arab region and experience working with government institutions and international and non-governmental organizations supporting gender and development work;
- Demonstrated experience with gender integration in development programming in Jordan and the Arab region;
- Demonstrated experience in conducting gender analysis and using gender equality tools and methodologies in development programming;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in developing project proposals, ensuring programmatic quality assurance, and supporting monitoring and evaluation;
- Experience in developing written communication outputs in English on gender equality and women’s empowerment.
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience on gender equality and women’s empowerment in the Arab region is desired
