Overview

• We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Developer (ZOHO) to work on our Customer Experience Business Unit, developing and deploying business applications mainly Zoho solutions.
• Zoho Developer is Responsible for Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including Creator, Forms, Analytics, and others as needed

Description

• Is responsible for the design and development of modifications, custom functions, and extensions to the standard ZOHO applications.
• Is responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for ZOHO Solutions.
• Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
• Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to ZOHO solutions are needed.
• Is responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers’ data sources into ZOHO’s sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models. Offers support on ZOHO tools for migration and integration.
• Implements reports per requirements documents and standards.
• May be tasked with additional development tasks such as: developing data migration procedures to integrate ZOHO Applications to legacy systems; creating web services to be called from ZOHO Applications for system integrations.
• Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
• Tests modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
• Participates in system and acceptance testing.
• Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
• Has awareness of the prescribed ZOHO implementation methodology,
• Understands how the development and related testing activities fit into the overall customer engagement lifecycle.
• Apply ZOHO development techniques effectively following development best practices .

• Plan and carry out unit testing
• Responsible on designand collaborate with the consultants in writing the technical design documents
• Review the design documentation and related estimations
• Responsible onDevelopmentand customization of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the specifications from the Application Consultant
• Integration of the solution with the customer’s legacy databases and systems
• Document custom developed functionality in accordance with documentation standards and best practices
• Implement add-ons and code from third parties
• Initial test of the developed functionality
• Function testing of the developed functionality with the financial consultant Data migration development and testing
• Responsible onDeployment andsupport integrated testing
• In case of upcoming customization requests during the deployment phase, perform the design and development tasks in accordance with the defined change request process
• Responsible on Operation andClear pending issues, finalize documentation
• Responsible on Upgrade,Evaluating necessary upgrade customizations for new versions of ZOHO applications and relevant ISV, API’s, Web Services, and add-on solutions
• Responsible on Agile Preparation toreview/validate high-level estimates given within the Solution Backlog
• Provide input to the establishment of Integration Strategy
• Help the Technology Consultant in gathering Data Migration Requirements
• Responsible on Agile Executionto attend the Sprint Planning Meetings, attend the Daily Sprint Cycle Meetings
• Lead development efforts within the Sprint cycle across Custom Coding, Integration and Interfaces, and Data migration streams
• Support Sprint Cycle Testing Attend Sprint
