- The use of a “continuous learning approach” to explore the presence of systemic barriers and entry points to youth meeting its potential through analysis of data generated through its Monitoring and Evaluation system in addition to a comprehensive agenda for research and policy-oriented studies
- Establishment of dialogue platforms between private sector, youth, and government institutions to support and build civic engagement.
- Bringing together stakeholders at sector-specific events that will identify, discuss, and tackle how the regulations and the broader enabling environment for youth empowerment can be improved. This approach, which builds on best practice in stakeholder engagement and regulatory reform to create incentives for businesses, build the participating youth’s capacity for civic engagement and assist the Jordanian Government in effecting elements of the Jordan Compact, National Strategy for Youth, Jordan Economic Growth Plan, and Renaissance Plan.
- Examine the feasibility for the Jordanian government to replicate aspects of the graduation model: The RYSE programme will assess the necessary attributes, interests, and capacity of the Jordanian Government to replicate the graduation model, or aspects of it, within its own structures, policies, and programming.
