Graphic Design
- Manage graphic design process, from conception to delivery.
- Handle design requests and create a plan accordingly.
- Conduct research and brainstorming meetings with the team.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and logos.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork.
- Take the needed approval, amend designs as per the comments and share final designs.
- Handle printing requests, follow up with the vendors and assess printing materials.
Manage Helm projects (Campaigns/Events)
- Assist MarCom team in creating marketing plans.
- Prepare and take the approval for marketing budgets.
- Develop technical marketing proposals and briefs.
- Attend relevant project internal and external meetings.
- Liaise activities between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
