Planning and communications
- Develop and modify departmental work plans and project plans .
- Monitor, evaluate and report updates for existing and new plans.
- Handle the communication process related to existing and new plans internally and externally.
- Monitor for projects budgeting and ensure all financial related documents are updated regularly.
Team supervision
- Handle the job training process for new team members such as accessibility auditor and Interns.
- Assign and delegate tasks for team members (accessibility auditors, site engineers).
- Guide and coach the accessibility auditors.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the accessibility auditors.
Auditing
- Handle buildings assessment process end to end.
- Draft and submit auditing reports.
- Consult and present accessibility solutions for external partners.
- Review, comment and approve accessibility auditing reports for accessibility auditors.
