Job Description

  • Handling elite /premium subscription activations and refund
  • Handling Career services inbox questions and queries over email
  • Interacting and resolving Customer complaints, issues, queries that come to the operations team via different channels
  • Liaise with other ops team and finance team for various complaint resolutions
  • Lead assignment and management through CRM
  • Handling live chat
  • Handling / Assisting with CV evaluations and Elite cover letters
  • Assisting CV Services team with CV uploads, LinkedIn uploads
  • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer
