About the Job

  • Develop contents strategy and key messaging (to be disseminating/covered well via proper channels & occasions), and consistent company positioning/imagery with proper consistent copywriting and story telling across different external & internal mediums/channels (e.g. ATL, print,digital PR Campaigns, press releases, articles, media interviews, press conferences/media round tables, events, newsletters/offers, internal communications & and managing all placements and execution).
  • Map collaboration plans and manage corporate relationships with media, relevant government entities, strategic partners, public influencers Campaigns & blogger, and different stakeholders to enhance & maintain corporate's positive perception & media presence.
  • Identify media trends - media monitoring and analysis (e.g. political, economic, public opinion, industry trends...etc.).Draft & update communications master narrative, Allianz standard for communications, and reputational / risk management manual in conjunction with PR agency professionals.
  • Arrange required media training, reporting, events management, and digital PR campaigns in addition to social media & community management against reputational / crisis risks. Identify and regularly update key stakeholders list. Ensure balance between paid news and pro-bono coverage.
  • Ensure ALLIANZ is positively positioned in the Egyptian print & digital media, and that activities and news gets proper and timely coverage and required public engagements. Establish, monitor and grow Allianz online presence influencing public opinion, through different third party’s platforms to communicate the company messages and enforce Allianz initiatives digitally.
  • Plan, edit, write content and design for a variety of corporate communications mediums, such as a PRLs, staff circulars, periodical & ad-hoc email bulletins, and circular/letter. Deliver presentations and write speeches, meeting minutes at organizational events, and manage executions of company’s town halls; and properly communicate it to all employees. Draft messages, scripts & speeches of senior executives / Board Members for employees’ communications scripts/speeches.
  • Plan and execute different employees giveaways, employees/HR events, and activities to ensure delivering the company initiatives and strategy such as; Annual Employees Event and Employees Iftar. Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization and in line with external communications.
  • Build strategic relations with community partners and NGOs. Manage budget utilization and storytelling for all CSR activities.
