Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the Job

• Work on shift bases.
• Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software and equipments in the factory and distribute the work on the staff.
• Assists the Electrical Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans.
• Analyze and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers.
• Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager.
• Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget.
• Prioritize and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area.
• Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood and complied with by all technicians and assistants.
• Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, down-time and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.
• Participate in all the meetings of the department.
• Prepare a report of the needs of the factory from spare parts.
• Analyze and improve the maintenance process of any electrical equipment in the factory.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. in engineering, preferably Electromechanical/ Electrical Power Engineering
• A minimum of 3-4 years stretching experience preferably in Paper Making Industry
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong internal customer focus.
