The candidate would strive to ultimately deliver in initial phases:
- Dynamic, interactive and user-friendly e-learning modules/lessons in collaboration with subject matter experts, based on existing interactive lessons.
- Provide feedback and support for the initial design and structure of the platform in a core team.
- Document the processes, workflows and maintenance of the LMS.
- Manage the LMS as administrator, including enrolments and helpdesk function (in collaboration with IT)
- Provide input to core team management to ensure the learning materials and LMS/training systems meet ‘e-learning’ quality standards
- Coordinate review/ user testing to ensure e-learning materials meet the expectations of users (children, caregivers) and of subject matter experts/ Ministry of Education.
- Work with subject matter experts on other teams to produce the initial design/ storyboarding, activities, content, scripts, assessment and timelines.
