You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will lead all sales activities for the hotels from a strategic perspective achieving revenue and profit targets and growing and developing a loyal customer base. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the sales teams fully understand the priorities of the sales department and focus on maintaining current account bases and establish new client contacts. You will ensure that all new team members are properly oriented in the strategy positioning product knowledge and service offering of the brand and ensure that all team members are fully trained in the appropriate face to face selling skills to successfully do their job. Additionally you will drive opportunities to upsell and crosssell all of our products.
Qualifications :
Master or Bachelor Degree in any related field
At least 5 years experiences in directing and leading a sales team in an international hospitality brand.
Experience in sales account management revenue management marketing communication with good knowledge of hotel operations and management.
Fluent in English
Strong professional relationships within the industry
