Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite SME with a strong background in Revenue Accounting General Ledger (GL) Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Standalone Selling Price (SSP) automation. The ideal candidate will serve as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) focusing on optimizing financial processes within NetSuite. This role does not require coding but demands deep functional expertise in financial modules and best practices for revenue recognition and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a NetSuite SME for revenue accounting ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
Optimize and configure NetSuite ARM for automated revenue recognition and SSP compliance.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline General Ledger (GL) processes and financial reporting.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for revenue management enhancements.
Provide expertise in NetSuite integrations related to revenue recognition and financial reporting.
Support testing training and golive activities for system enhancements.
Troubleshoot system issues and work with NetSuite support or implementation partners to resolve them.
Develop and maintain process documentation and user training materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
5 years of handson experience with NetSuite focusing on Revenue Accounting GL and ARM.
Strong understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
Experience with SSP automation and revenue allocation methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience working in SaaS technology or subscriptionbased business models is a plus.
