We are seeking a GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will provide excellent customer support assisting users with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German.
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Good command of English for internal communication.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Comfortable using computers and customer service tools.
Willingness to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
