We are seeking a GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Good command of English for internal communication.

Strong communication and problemsolving skills.

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Comfortable using computers and customer service tools.

Willingness to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
