Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules handling communications and assisting with various business and personal matters. This role requires strong organizational skills discretion and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars appointments and meetings
Handle phone calls emails and other forms of communication on behalf of senior management
Prepare reports presentations and other essential documents
Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodations
Assist with personal and businessrelated administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform general office duties including filing and recordkeeping
Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other administrative tools
High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Bachelors degree or relevant administrative experience preferred
