Commercial Lines CSR
Location: Cherry Hill NJ
Work Schedule: Hybrid 2 days inoffice 3 days work from home after training)
Responsibilities:
- Assist on a generalist book of business with accounts up to $100k in premium.
- Handle client calls renewals and other customer service tasks.
- Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of account management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:
- Experience handling a book of business.
- Ideally 2 year experience.
- Mid to large market experience a plus.
- High speed internet connection at home.
- Must have active P&C license.
