Job Description

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Corporate/Leisure Travel Counsellor with proven leadership capabilities or 35 years experience within a similar supervisory or management position within the retail travel industry
Completion of an accredited travel school program
Leadership team building and coaching skills
Strong relationship building skills
Exceptional business building and sales skills
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
Proficiency in Sabre and Matrix accounting systems

Required to sell retail travel
Staff management to ensure productivityaccounting human resources and operational standards are met
Administration and Finance responsibilities: including monthly analysis of P&L annual budgeting and reforecasting
Facilities and technology duties
Manage customer service and supplier relations
Responsible for local marketing and branch growth
Lead membership and Vacation Club support including annual RBC bank branch visits
Corporate support and account management as required
